Grading Policies |

Details: |
Grades will be calculated by the combination of participation and written assignments.
Calculation of Grades:
10% Class Participation
90% Research Reports (2)
Grade Cut-off
A >92%
B >82%
C >72%
D >62%
NOTE: Written product, specifically Case Studies and Reports, will primarily determine your grade. Your ability to support your position and influence the reader to understand and logically follow your position is critical. With this in mind, the student should master the art of concise writing. The details of each assignment are found in the "Asssignments" posting. You are expected to use proper spelling and grammar. ANY MATERIAL copied from any source, if not quoted and cited properly will be considered plagerism and dealt with accordingly. ANY case study or report NOT submitted on time will not be graded and the student will receive a grade of F for that assignment.
Students are encouraged to exchange ideas and study together, BUT the case studies, reports, papers and exams are individual work products, and must be done on an individual basis. Any case study, report, paper or exam prepared in whole or part by anyone other than the student submitting the work will cause that work to receive a grade of ZERO.
